1. Delivery and returns
   1. If the offer does not specify otherwise - the cost of transportation is covered by the Buyer.
   2.Type of transportation and payment method you choose from the menu at the time of purchase.
   3. Delivery using economic (unregistered) letter is Buyer's risk. We recommend choosing form of delivery which can be tracked.
   4. When ordering with a bank transfer please remember to enter the order number in the title. It will speed up the buyer identification and shipping.
   5.Purchased goods will be shipped within 1-3 working days from the date of posting the payment in our account.
   6.If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will either replace the item or refund you the cost of the item (excluding postage) within 14 days of receipt. Please return the item(s) to us in unused/unopened condition with the receipt and a short description of the reason for return.
   7. We will refund you money within 3 days of receipt of the return shipment.
   8. Refunds are not subject to orders placed on individual order.
   A note on seeds: Because the performance of seed growth is based on many factors (temperature, sunlight, moisture, health of soil, etc.) which are not within our control, we cannot ensure full satisfaction for gardening outcomes. However, we are always happy to answer questions about what may have gone wrong and what techniques might work better in the future.

   Parcel shipments (Poczta Polska, K-EX and Paczkomaty) are available for download. The package in MOVEMENT is only available for download.

   There is a possibility of personal pick up at Krzewina 33c 05-074 Halinów

   The shipping charge includes the price of the package and the shipment itself.
